Charlotte has recently qualified as a paediatric nurse and been part of Louisa Cary ward for many years. Charlotte had been so committed to the children and young people coming to Louisa Cary ward. Starting as a domestic, to HCSW, then going on to complete her assistant nurse practitioner and then now completing her degree in paediatric nursing. Has been amazing to see Charlotte grow and develop her career, but what really shines through is her commitment and dedication she shows to the families she cares for. Also taking time to listen to her patients, providing support and understanding to help them get through their journey on the ward. Charlotte is an amazing role model to other HCSW’s, showing others that anything is possible with determination and commitment and she continues to make a difference.
