Eleanor has been a great support to me during the start of my nursing career. She is compassionate, caring and always approachable. I have been able to discuss my own workloads and my professional and personal development with her. She has regularly checked in to see how I am getting on during shifts, despite having her own busy workload.
The care that she gives to her patients is outstanding and she is an incredible role model to nursing.
