Olivia Antonelli

Nominated for Junior Nurse of the Year Award

Works at Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust – EASTERN

Olivia is a wonderful nurse; she is a real pleasure to work with and a great team player. I’m excited for her future as valued member of the Exeter NNU.

Olivia has arrived on the Neonatal unit like shes worked here for years! She has shown that she can work well with the team and is quietly confident. Shes been really keen to learn and is a valuable member of the team.

Olivia has developed so quickly in her first year at Exeter NNU, sometimes it’s hard to believe she hasn’t been qualified longer.
She is motivated and keen to learn. She’s very hard working and will support her colleagues during busy shifts.
She is enthusiastic and fun to be around on shift.
Olivia shows kindness and compassion to families and is able to support them through challenging times on the neonatal unit.

Olivia is a huge part of the team, and is exemplary in advocating for and enabling families.
No job is ever too much, and she is always there to lend a helping hand to others in need.

It is a pleasure to work alongside Olivia, and I always look forward to her being on shift.
She is kind, caring, and supportive of all staff and shows phenomenal potential to develop further within the Unit.
Her ability to adapt to the needs of the unit; attending training days, asking for help if needed, and offering a helping hand when others require show how much of a team player she us; all of which are attributes paramount to the role of being a neonatal nurse.
