Emily is an amazing colleague and a great team player. She is friendly and very supportive and a brilliant role model. I feel she is someone who is always there to support her team and is always willing to help out. Emily always goes above and beyond to support others and is very knowledgeable and is always happy to help others learn and takes time to explain things well to staff and patients. There is nothing Emily wouldn’t support her team with and she is someone we can always rely on. Emily is a great asset to the respiratory and Cf team.

I always enjoy working with Dr Bell on her service weeks and on PAU. She is thorough but also pragmatic in her care, she is kind and compassionate to patients and their families and communicates well with the whole team. She really makes an effort to support team wellbeing whether that is through teaching sessions on wellbeing, organising socials or even providing chocolate on busy shifts! She advocates for taking breaks, exception reporting and is always keen to do work place based assessments. I always enjoy working when she is on as I know I will learn a lot whilst also being well supported.
