Justin is a great teacher, on the ward & also contributing to the Paediatric & Neonatal teaching timetables. He is caring, compassionate and always willing to help the team.

I haven’t had a single shift with Justin where he hasn’t tried to squeeze in some education, and he often pushes me to come up with answers independently. He seems to be endlessly patient with colleagues, and is similarly thoughtful with families. Justin has also been a supportive influence after difficult cases, and provided opportunities for discussion and debrief when I wouldn’t have expected him to. All from the newest member of the Consultant team in Exeter.
