Harriet has quickly established herself as the heart and soul of the neonatal unit. I have never met anyone who has the same energy or ability to spin so many plates!
She says yes to every project and fulfils them all with intelligence and vigour.
She creates an inclusive environment that is energised by her presence and kindness and makes the MDT feel valued and respected.
She is a wonderful clinician with the ability to remain incredibly calm in all situations instilling confidence in all, be it families or colleagues.
I am so excited to see what the future holds with Harriet on the team, she is innovative, inclusive and dynamic (and an excellent baker to boot!)Harriet is an amazing consultant, always kind, compassionate and friendly to everyone lucky enough to work with her. She is an excellent teacher and always happy to take the time to share her knowledge with others. Harriet has a passion for improving standards and ensuring we all provide the best evidence-based care, through her involvement in projects and research. She is a massive support to all nursing and medical staff and it is a pleasure to work shifts with her.
