This small team are amazing. No matter what is thrown at them they deal with it, with care compassion and professionalism. They look after and support each other professionally and personally and really do go above and beyond for the babies and their families and for their colleagues.

This team are such a solid unit who support each other so well. They go above and beyond for patients despite so many challenges within the current system. They work tirelessly with the wider mdt of post-natal and labour ward to ensure that vulnerable babies are on the radar of the medical team.
