This team embodies empathy, compassion and family centred care. This specialist neonatal team provides support to families who have had a bereavement. They provide consistency, support and compassion in the most challenging circumstances. They establish relationships with the entire family and provide exemplary bereavement care going above and beyond for these families. They provide as little or as much support and engagement as the families need and can feedback to the wider multi-disciplinary team. The team are truly fantastic and carry out incredible work.
