I can hand on heart say that Louisa Cary ward is the most amazing team and best place to be. The whole team always go above and beyond in supporting the children and young people of our community. On the days when things feel like you’re treading through mud, the teams come together to deliver the best care and support all areas to makes sure the patient’s journey is as smooth as possible through the hospital. The team have all pulled together and supported each other through a very challenging year and this shows their dedication and commitment to making children and young people feel safe and well cared for whilst in our care. The staff have been supportive to each other and alway put the patients best interests first. Keep doing what you doing lovely Louisa Cary child health team. You really are my inspiration and so proud to have been part of your work family.
