Brilliant team, doing brilliant work for a really tricky patient population.
It has been really exciting to watch this team grow and develop to meet the increasingly complex and challenging patient demand for this speciality.
In particular it has been amazing to see their internal support for one another. Bearing the load between them and supporting each other when it gets stressful (as it often does).
It has also been great to see the enthusiasm with which they have engaged with teaching and training despite the challenges of the clinical work.
They are a great example of how physical and mental health teams can and should work together to provide better all-round patient care.
