The children’s Specialist Nursing Team are a team of 12, consisting of Nurses, HCA and admin staff. The team have had a few changes over the last years including splitting of the team with the Community Nursing team which was hard for everyone on both sides. Each and everyone has had tough times professionally and personally but still come to work not just for their families but for the team. I have worked with amazing teams in my career but this team is something else. Every single one of the team are amazing listeners, caring and respectful. Covid times were difficult for everyone and I can truly say that if it wasn’t for this team having my back I am not sure if I would be still working where I am. I just want to say a simple thank you to each and everyone of them.
