The allergy team deserve recognition as they work intensely and with commitment in a very difficult time. The team has grown over the years to 2 dietitians, a dietetic assistant, 3 nurses, three consultants and an administrative assistant. Each member plays an enormous part in ensuring that under such pressure we still maintain the highest of clinical care with compassion and focus on the child – each one is absolutely integral to ensuring this service runs smoothly. They are inspiring, and are supportive of each other at all times. They are a team of whom we should be proud.
