Hannah, Charlotte and Louisa form our incredible team of neonatal physiotherapists; they provide support and advice for families, and also educate staff on better practices every time they are in.

They are excellent at slotting into the unit, and are a very welcome “part of the furniture” which we couldn’t live without.

You can see the passion and care in all three of them when they are on the unit ; and their ability to advocate for the needs of the children is incredible.

They support the needs of each individual child they see, and approach each child (and their parents) in a manner which is best fitting to them.
Their role not only extends to their work on the unit, but includes community follow ups, and joint clinics with consultants, and I’m sure much more.
Regardless of the ever growing caseload, their team are role models to all in showing how multi-disciplinary working should be done.
