The HCA’s, Nurses and Consultants always make sure that the daycase/outpatient departments always run smoothly. Both teams help each other and work together. Making sure we always go above and beyond to complete any blood test, ECG, Obvs on top of all the other clinics already running so that patients can have it all done on the same day. Patients always feeling comfortable during going through fears like needs for a blood test but always using the best distractions whilst it’s all being done. Teamwork has always been our best quality in ensuring staff, patients and there families always have a positive experience and making them not scared of coming to the hospital
