Bramble has had some incredibly tough challenges over the last few years, not only the change of ward layout, changes in management and fewer beds but the increase in the very challenging patients with acute mental health needs.
The compassion and professionalism that the nurses show is incredible even when they are in situations that are so emotionally and physically draining and the team spirit is what keeps the staff working together effectively. The team is also excellent at providing support and keeping each other smiling especially when support isn’t always forthcoming from the powers that be!
