Noelle has always been a very valued member of the wildgoose Team , she has looked after Students over the last few years supporting other members of staff with this programme also , Noelle has always strived to get support for our Camhs patient and equally support members of staff through some difficult times , Noelle has tried to get all staff trained up on certain mental health courses which she has a very good success rate of doing so , Noelle is a very good listener and gives great support to several members of staff through some difficult times ,Noelle is also not afraid of speaking up about things she feels strongly about and will usually get good results, she will follow things up to ensure things don’t get forgotten she’s a good team member to have on the ward and she deserves recognition.
Noelle is one of the sisters on Wildgoose Ward and will run the shift with confidence and a commitment to providing the best care for each patient as well as supporting all staff working alongside her.
Noelle is passionate about all patients but especially advocates for our mental health and eating disorder patients. Noelle uses her skills and knowledge in making effective decisions for these patients, taking into account individual needs. Noelle treats each patient with compassion and respect. Noelle is an effective communicator and works alongside other professionals using her voice and experiences in making sure these patients receive support whilst on the ward and when leaving to go home or moving to tier 4 care.
Noelle has positive relationships with her patients and has an ability to gain the trust and take under her wing some of our more challenging patients. Noelle is always there to support when the ward gets challenging so you do not feel like you are working on your own.
Noelle makes herself available to parents/cares offering advice to them as well as listening to their concerns/worries.
Knowing Noelle is working with you and in charge of the shift is reassuring. Noelle motivates her colleagues, has a big drive for all staff to develop an understanding of mental health and be the best possible version of ourselves so we can provide the upmost care as well as making sure smooth running of the ward.
