Liz is an amazing person. She is one of our NNU assistants and she is always smiling and happy. She works really hard from the time she comes on duty to the minute she goes home. She is such a lovely positive person. Nothing is too much trouble even if she’s rushed off her feet! I love working with Liz she’s a little Ray of nhs sunshine!

I would like to nominate Liz for this position as she consistently displays excellence in her role as a neonatal assistant. She ensures that all necessary tasks and responsibilities are taken care of for the staff, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail. Liz also excels in fostering open and effective communication with both parents and colleagues alike.

Liz is an asset to the NNU team. She works so hard and goes above and beyond for her colleagues every shift. No job is ever too big for Liz. She supports the nursing teams, medical teams and the families. She’s a listening ear or someone to make a cup of tea for you when you haven’t had chance to get a break. The unit wouldn’t run without Liz. Thank you for everything you do.
