Laura is such a valued member of the team, she has been incredible in training the other ward clerks, supporting the doctors and nurses, nothing is ever too much trouble. Laura is always warm and welcoming and is lovely to work with.

Laura is the back bone for the organisation and smooth running of Louisa Cary ward. She sorts out all the staffing roster and makes sure everyone is happy with their shifts. Laura is the go to person when you have any technical issue and there’s no issue you share with her that she can’t fix! She listens to us all on the days we feel things are too much and encourages us to keep doing our best! I think you’re the best Laura and thank you for all you do for the team.
