Jeanette is just an all round superstar.
Her commitment and decoration to the unit exceeds any and all expectations of her role, and often extends outside of her remit.

She is supportive, caring, and compassionate to all colleagues and parents she interacts with.
She goes above and beyond in all aspects of her role; from cleaning incubators in record breaking time, to providing refreshments to nursing staff in times of need.

She empowers the medical staff to be able to fulfil their roles by ensuring everything is stocked up, and easily able to find and access.
And no task asked of her is ever too much.
She is an asset to NNU, and we are all lucky to have her.

Jeannette always puts 110% into her work. She is always kind and helpful and looks after the team and the families so well. When Jeannette is on the ward is always well stocked and organised so that everything runs smoothly. Nothing is too much to ask. Thank you Jeannette.
