Jess is a receptionist that is often in paediatrics. You always enter the department with a smile on your face and have become part of our team. You are the first person to see the patients and you always talk with one of us when you are worried about a patient when checking them in. Keep doing amazing Jess. You make such a difference.

Jess always has a bright smile, is polite and professional and will often go above and beyond to accommodate patients and staff alike.

Jess works as part of the Reception team within the Emergency Department. On several occasions Jess has recognised unwell children that have checked in and highlighted them to nursing staff to ensure they receive the most appropriate, timely care they require. Jess has an excellent relationship with the staff in paediatric ED. She is always on hand to support with any admin queries or solve issues we have with IT equipment! Jess is an asset to the reception team and we are always thankful to see her on shift. She goes out of her way to ensure others are happy working within their allocated area and will move around as required to support her colleagues. Thank you Jess.

Jess goes above and beyond her role as a receptionist and often highlights unwell children before they have been seen by clinical staff. She is very aware of infection control policies and is a great help when isolating infection or vulnerable children and there families. She is always friendly and welcoming to staff and patients and her presence in our team always has a beneficial effect on patient safety in the department.

Jess goes above and beyond for paeds staff and patients. Greeting them at reception with a smile and giving them a great start to their journey in paeds ED. nothing is ever too much for Jess and she always brings a smile into paeds.

Jess is an amazing member of the reception team who always goes above and beyond her role. Jess does a fantastic job at advocating for the children in the emergency department and informs nursing staff of children who may need assessing rapidly. Jess always has a smile on her face and is a lovely asset to the reception team.

Jessica is one of our amazing receptionist and she is absolutely out of this world! She had spotted a sick child on a number of occasions and called nurses to attend. She is always smiling and puts a smile on the teams faces. She is such a valued member of the team πŸ™‚
