Claire is the clinical admin manager for the community paediatric service in Plymouth. She is an exceptional member of the team, managing a huge workload (including a significant number of referrals) always with a smile. Claire will also help with any query, completing tasks to the highest of standards. She is keen to innovate and find new ways of working, especially to benefit the service. Claire puts a huge amount in to her role, and it would be great to see this recognised.

Claire in her role as admin manager at the CDC, continues to prove on a daily basis what hard work, positive thinking and excellent work ethic, can achieve. She always works with a glass half full approach, and with problem solving at the core of what she does. She is an excellent role model for her staff and colleagues, and advocates for her team, pushing positively, the agenda for the importance of adequate staffing to ensure staff wellbeing. She is also an advocate for the training of NVQ staff, committed to developing the workforce of the future. Claire is a rare gem of a person, who directly, positively impacts all those who come into contact with her, and will always make time for her colleagues, regardless of the impact on herself. Claire deserves to be recognised for her tireless efforts to improve herself, her colleagues and the community Paediatric services.
