Lynn is a wonderful member of the team. The young people with eating disorders benefit hugely from her vast knowledge and experience in this area. She is brilliant at listening and will often pick up on elements that others have missed. She is also very good at getting young people to understand the gravity of situations and is very sensitive in how she introduces this.

She shows a very high level of dedication to both receiving and delivering training and teaching. Innovative in service development and her strong leadership skills.

She has also been under a huge amount of strain with departmental shortages, as well as the ongoing frustrations of lack of dietetic funding within the ED team. But she is dedicated, focused and always smiling.
You are a joy to work with Lynn and very deserving of this nomination!
