ICU physio and keen to improve the respiratory care for paediatric patients. Supports her physio colleagues to do this and works closely with the paediatric team. Innovative and exciting to work with in training materials.

Ruth goes above and beyond for the children and young people within the hospital. Despite not specifically being a ‘paediatric’ physiotherapist, she does all she can to develop the skills of her team regarding paediatrics. She has been successful obtaining funding for improvements, her most recent being arranging and starring in a 360 degree SIM. She always has a smile and calm manner when we ask her to review and treat a sick child; making the child, their parents, (and staff) more at ease.
