Tanya spends an exceptional amount of time working with the young people in our care and is so focused on helping them succeed and ensuring their care is the very best. Tanya works so closely with the nursing and healthcare staff, ensuring we work collaboratively in the best interests of the patients. Tanya is simply a hero in our eyes!
Tanya works closely with us on Wildgoose ward as peadiatric Dietitian. Tanya is always smiling, approaches her work professionally and has effective results.Tanya supports us with our eating disorder patients as well as building positive relationships with the patients and their families. Tanya has a lovely calm caring manner and will sit and discuss meal time plans with patients, answers their questions and is an effective listener with the aim of providing the best care for each patient taking into account their individual needs.
Tanya also helps support us with more challenging patients and is always at the end of the phone if we need her for advice or giving us words of encouragement.Tanya is one of dieticians who supports our eating disorders on the ward.
She is an incredible asset to our team, Tanya is friendly, approachable and eager to support our eating disorder patients and their families with their food plans for 3 weeks. These plans can keep changing depending on patients, Tanya is always positive and helps us on wildgoose ward pretty much every shift she works. Tanya is a valued team member and well respected, she has a wealth of knowledge and happy to assist with any questions we may have as our eating disorder patients can be quite complex.
