Rosie has developed into an outstanding nurse, she is an advocate for her patient and will ensure seen quickly. Rosie is growing from strength to strength, she has a key role within the team. Rosie is great at communicating with others and will give out great advice.

Rosie has had one of the hardest starts to her career but handed it like a boss. She smacked every part of it, she is an excellent nurse and excels in resus. She is hilarious and a pleasure to work with. You would think she had done it job for years, I have never known a nurse to be as big as an advocate as Rosie. She will not stop until the patients get the best care. She has so much more potential within her career and teaches others from her own experience, she will self reflect on everything. She checks in on all the staff within her shift. Rosie is a role model to other nurses and deserves to be appreciated.
