Clara has been qualified for a year, in this year she has shown brilliant leadership skills in successfully leading the team as nurse in charge of the shift multiple times, she is an amazing advocate for her patients and liases with all members of the MDT to provide the best care. Clara creates a good rapport with her patients and families this has been shown through presents of appreciation from parents/families. Clara has also received a DAISY award nomination for her compassion and care for patients. She is a brilliant member of the team, and always makes sure everyone in the team is doing okay. She has received amazing feedback from student nurses who highlight that Clara provides education and support to them, even in the busiest shifts. She is an absolute credit to the team.

This nurse has advocated for patients with doctors and other healthcare professionals in the multidisciplinary team. She has coordinated for the ward multiple times. She cares a lot about her patients and listens to their needs. She works well with the other nurses and very friendly to everyone. Always keen to learn new things and develop her knowledge.
