Tamsin joined a year ago on Polkerris and was very conscious of not being able to support her team with certain jobs due to needing to gain her competency. This was quickly resolved and Tamsin was soon joining the other members of staff with all tasks expected of her. She arrives to each shift smiling and has a kind and gentle nature.
