James is an excellent supervisor. He knows the need of his trainees and supported to extract the best in his trainees. He understands the individual needs of his trainees and supports them in a positive manner.
He is very keen at teaching. You will find James’ teaching his junior colleges whenever he has free time. He is a very knowledgeable consultant and mentor.
I want to be like James when I become the consultant and support my trainees.
