Debbie has been an incredible Practice Educator. She has a nurturing, compassionate and caring manner to all staff and has made learning new skills a really enjoyable experience. Debbie has always been approachable for any matter and have always gone above and beyond for her colleagues. Student nurses have enjoyed their time on the ward and felt guided by Debbie. Starting as a newly qualified nurse I am very grateful to the time and effort Debbie made to welcome us and settle us in. She is a great role model to Nursing and education.

Debbie went above and beyond in her role as clinical educator, as being a newly qualified nurse the support and education she provided made the process from student to qualified so much better.
