Where I do begin with Neil. For me Neil is the backbone of level 12. With not only such incredible knowledge and experience but also a very helpful and caring individual. For anyone seeking guidance, reassurance, support and training Neil is your go to person. As someone who is hoping to progress in their own career, I owe a lot to Neil for the advice and guidance along the way, thank you Neil, keep it up, you’re brilliant.

Is there much that Neil doesn’t know?! Neil is a fountain of knowledge who I have, on many occasions, gone to for answers and he always seems to have them! Neil works hard to ensure everyone is confident and competent in their nursing role. He provides the support and encouragement needed to be the best nurse you can possibly be. He places the interests of others at the heart of everything he does. His underlying care and empathy for patients shines through when training others. There are times when Neil has changed his plans to work patient facing in times of short staffing and this doesn’t go unnoticed. Neil really is a remarkable educator who we would truly be lost without!
