Chris has shown great support for trainees this year as well as supporting other supervisors. He is invested in providing excellent training to all staff, making a good grounding for trainees. Chris is simulation lead, creating excellent sessions both in neonates and paediatrics. His pragmatic approach to supervision means trainees respond well and listen to his advice, making constructive change.
