Dr Rub has been exceptionally supportive during difficult moments, going above and beyond her role as educational supervisor by repeatedly checking the mental wellbeing of juniors even when off work. She has prioritised my professional development, making multiple emails and organising projects. She is also an excellent role model on the ward, caring for a challenging patient group and is always willing to educate juniors on the management of these patients and the rationale behind any plans.
