Andy Mullett has been a very supportive educational supervisor. He has spent a lot of time giving very helpful career advice and advice on how to improve my portfolio. He has been very supportive in helping me undertake QI projects. He has also been very supportive and provided opportunities to help me step up in clinical duties whilst also completing work based assessments and giving great teaching and feedback.
