Elaine is one of our nursing clinical educators, she is friendly and approachable. She is great at taking a topic for learning and explaining it in ways that help you to understand clearly. She uses pictures and analogies to explain things and encourages questions. She is thorough and passionate in what she does. I found these teaching styles useful when I was learning about the different conditions and their pathways.

Elaine, is a fantastic member of the children’s high dependency unit alongside which she works as an educational supervisor. She is always willing to support both junior and senior members of the team. She takes an active role in providing training in a supportive and caring manner.
