Dr Philipps is an excellent consultant who always goes above and beyond for her patients. She is incredibly supportive of trainees and passionate about our education and experience in the neonatal unit. Dr Philipps has a kind and compassionate bedside manner and her communication with the families on the neonatal unit is exemplary. She is a very supportive consultant and encourages trainees to progress, offering ample learning opportunities and signposting too many opportunities for development with quality improvement, guidelines, audit and teaching. I am very grateful for her education and support.
