Nikky goes out of her way to support everyone and to be fair and kind. She really pays attention to the detail at work and always seems to take the time to share her knowledge with the team and to support others to get the best out of them. Her contribution to the culture of our department helps make is a great place to work and I’m proud to have her as a colleague.

Nikky is so unbelievably committed to the wellbeing and training needs of the department. She is an excellent paediatrician and delivers fantastic neonatal care. She is well liked by medical professionals, nursing staff and the wider MDT. She has a fantastic manner with families and children balancing professionalism and compassion. She is hugely committed to delivering teaching and ensuring the mental wellbeing of all of the department. She really is an inspiration.

Nikky is an amazing consultant who is calm and caring. She has been a fantastic college tutor. She advocates for trainees and strives to improve trainee wellbeing and education. This is in spite of a very difficult year of rota gaps. She is fantastic in developing relationships with families.
