Bea is a relatively new consultant, who quickly took on the role of overseeing the rotas (no mean feat, especially with ongoing rota gaps). She has managed to juggle this, along with adjusting to being in a consultant role! Bea is supportive, and will go out of her way to teach and support learning opportunities.

Bea is a wonderful, warm-hearted lady. It is an absolute pleasure to work alongside her. She treats everyone the same regardless on banding or job role. She is a real asset to the Derriford team.
