Dave has a real commitment to his role as Clinical lead and has shown great leadership and collaborative working across Neonates and Maternity. His passion for the job, shows each day. And his care for the babies and families is noticed throughout the unit. He cares about the staff he works with and likes to know they are supported.

Dave is an inspirational neonatal doctor and fantastic team leader. He is well respected, approachable and incredibly supportive. He has a beautiful way with his tiny patients and their families.

David has shown exemplary leadership and dedication to the Clinical Lead role in Exeter. He works tirelessly to ensure that the team feel supported and that the babies receive the highest quality of care.

The way David McGregor communicates with families is just stunning. It is so clear from the way he is with them that he cares deeply about the work he does and always has their best interest at the centre. In emergency situations he is calm and collaborative and always supportive of the nursing team. He is a wonderful consultant, fun colleague and a truly valued member of NNU.
