Alison is always welcoming when on shift. To all memebers of staff. She carries out her duties to a very high standard and communicates with parents and families extremely well. Alison is very much a valued member of the multidisciplinary team and works well with her colleagues to enhance their own learning and push them to their best ability. Alison is always on the unit which is a credit to how hard she works. Alison equally communicates extremely well with the nurses on the unit, checking in on the patients throughout the day and liasing with nurses throughout the shift to ensure the upmost care is delivered.
