Dr Guarino has been a trailblazer for epilepsy care at Torbay Hospital for over a decade and due to retire in early 2024. She has shared her wealth of knowledge with her colleagues and nursing teams and her kind and gentle manner has reassured numerous patients and their families over the years. Her dedication to quality improvement and forward thinking is outstanding and commitment to the patient and family is always at the forefront of her care.
She will be very sadly missed.
