I honestly think the only thing that Tom works harder at than his actual job is the facade that he is doing nothing of the sort.
Tom has been a great addition to the department, and anyone who spends sufficient time with him will know that his “negativity” is a pretty meagre disguise for his dedication to his patients and colleagues and his hard work for them.
