In my time of training with the CDC, I have had the privilege of working closely with Dr Forbes, and I can confidently say that she is nothing short of amazing. Her dedication to her patients is truly commendable. Dr Forbes possesses a combination of kindness, compassion, and professionalism that leaves a lasting impression on everyone she encounters. She takes the time to listen to her patients, explain their conditions, and guide them to the right sources of help or services they need. Her ability to manage and set realistic expectations for her patients is a testament to her expertise and empathy.

As a consultant, Dr Forbes has been an invaluable mentor to the trainees. She provided me with a thorough induction, Her patience and kindness in teaching me and demonstrating various aspects of our work were instrumental in my development. Her dedication to the growth and success of her trainees is evident in the way she supports and guides them.
Beyond her role as a consultant, Wendy is a person of exceptional character. She recognized and supported me during my challenging times, offering guidance and encouragement.
