Dr Cottis is a fantastic consultant. I really enjoy working with her on service weeks and PAU. She is always so enthusiastic and that passion and enthusiasm rubs off on the team around her. She communicates clearly with patients, families and the wider team. Her care and knowledge of both acutely unwell patients and complex renal patients is inspiring.

She is keen to teach juniors, both opportunistically on PAU where she is keen to help us develop our skills in assessment and formulating management plans and in her formal teaching sessions. She has also been very supportive of having juniors attend clinic, see patients with her and gain feedback.
