Tash is an excellent ANNP who is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is approachable and welcoming to all members of staff. She plays a key role in the induction process and is always keen to train junior team members. She always ensures the multi-disciplinary team are working well together. She has a calm and decisive bedside manner and has seamlessly stepped up to the tier 2 rota and ensures the shift is well led. She has a wonderful bedside manner and always demonstrates compassion to our families. I am always excited to be on shift with Tash and know its going to be a good shift.
