Sarah is such an integral part of the RCHT neonatal team that it is difficult to put into words how wonderful she really is. She strives every day to raise and maintain standards in neonatal care and teaches and trains others brilliantly. She doesn’t suffer fools gladly but is so warm and approachable at the same time. She is highly respected by the medical team and the nursing team and is part of the glue that holds everything together across maternity and neonates. She is the person I would chose to look after my own baby, and that is the highest praise you can get. Thank you for being you, Sarah
