Vicki is an advocate for her patients and has clear communication, she has many different approaches depending on the situation. She reassures all the children & parents/careers, with her kind, caring and compassion manner. Vicki works well within a team and is an asset to torbay, she communications with staff and will escalated to her senior team as soon as she feels needed. She has incredible leadership skills and interaction with everyone around her. Vicki has a fun, loving, bright personality and she brings it to all the children and young people around her. Vicki is fantastic at her job and I could talk for days about her extraordinary care, she is a shining light. I have since her with newborns to teenagers and she has incredible approach, she is also just great to be around.

Vicki is an absolutely amazing member of the team. She works tirelessly on sspau to make sure all patients are given the best care and treatment in a timely manner. Nothing is ever to much trouble for Vicki she often goes above and beyond for not only patients but parents and staff too . She is compassionate and caring which is vital when working in paediatrics.

Vicki had gone above and beyond during the last year to shape a better and brighter future for the paediatric ANPs at Torbay. In turn, this is allowing for better and more cohesive care to be provided to the children of the assessment unit. She is very kind and caring with patients and their families to ensure that quality care is provided.

Vicki is an incredible ACP. She works exceptionally hard not just clinically but also behind the scenes with her fingers in many pies! She is a huge advocate for ACPs and has worked tirelessly to embed her role in the department and Trust. Her clinical judgement is always sound and she doesn’t realise how good she is. Vicki is a fantastic support for both the nursing and medical staff.

Vicki has always been an inspiration to the team around her. Her knowledge and professionalism is so valuable and shines through with the care and support she gives to the children and team around her. If you ever have a question and need an answer, Vicki is your go to person! Always willing to help you and makes sensible decisions that is always in the best interest of the child.
