I can’t imagine anyone being able to tell that Cash has only just started the middle grade rota this year. She is constantly smiling and gives an air of calmness and control which rubs off on all around her making it a very smooth shift to work. She is always incredibly kind to ALL those working around her, teaching and offering advice and support whenever possible.

This kindness and happy approach means the parents and children she sees have complete understanding of all their care, and often with a smile or laugh on thier faces.
