Matt is an excellent doctor and very pro active in all the care he does. Matt will follow all policies and procedures, he ensures he has person centred care. He has a great attitude with all the patients and very kind&caring, he gives then the time there need. He goes into great detail when needed and reassures family’s before leaving the hospital also children who have mental health. Matt is a team player, he gets involved in all areas of care and always helps. We have been involved in a difficult event before and he made sure, we had a hot de brief.

He sat after and helped me understand in more detail about conditions and will tell me the best place to research. He is great at teaching staff and is always professional. Matt always gets out appropriate documention needed and looks on guidelines, teaching us about them. He has great leadership skills and excellent communication with others and always has the children smiling, parents feeling supported.
