When I see I’m working with Hannah I know it’s going to be an easy shift. Hannah is so organised and complete, but does so with such calmness and kindness – it’s a joy to work with her! That kindness extends to every child and parent she talks to, with then often leaving the ward with smiles and understanding in their eyes.
