Alasdair is truly one in a kind, I have always found he is supportive with staff and patients to be professional, courteous and kind. He will follow all policies and procedures, he will always act quickly with acute patient and will ensure parents/carers know what’s happening. Mutiple times we have had parents say they felt listened to and supported by alasdair, they feel he gives them the time and always very kind and understanding.
He show great leadership skills and excellent at supporting the team around him. He has extensive knowledge and is great at teaching others. He is a very loved member of the team and a genuine person.
